A place to stay calm

Hey guys! No I didn´t forget again, more I had a little break down. I am still waiting for an answer from the universities and this is stressing me a lot again. So lately it is hard for me to stay calm throughout the day or to concentrate for a longer time. To help myself with this pressure I am taking long walks or train everyday. Yesterday I walked along the small river beach I showed you last time and instead of making some more photos of humans I just walked around and took shots, that I found interesting. Hope you do to. I find that  relaxing in a wierd way.

Viking touch

Hey guys! So as you  see I try to put more effort into my photos and hope that it works out and that you enjoy to follow my blog so far. Please let me know if there is any photoshooting, DIY or theme you would like to see. Beside nature photography I´d also like to improve my photos of peoples and portraits. To start with that today I drove to this little beach-like place here to try out my new shoulder pads and take some nice photos. Gotty know, I just finished the second season of the "Vikings" series and got inspired. Fact is my favorite one is not here, because you might have recognized, that I try to post only "faceless" photos of myself here. But I got some other great ones from the pads, the river, the sunshine and so on. You know what I mean, so hope you like them. Enjoy, feel hugged and sleep tight. XOXO

Have to admit that I havn´t got the right shoes, blouse and trousers here right now.
Anyway I did my best with the basics I´ve got to make a viking inspired outfit with my new shoulder pads.

Such clear water, but really really cold to be honest.

Look at the small light reflections on the stones underwater.

And you might have recognized, that I like the combination of ice
blue and warm colours like yellow, brown and orange.

Gotta make a campfire with friends at such a place sometimes.

Maybe I could make a waternymph photoline when it´s getting warm enough to actually get in the water.

And yes...no viking inspired shooting without matching braided hair.

A lake full of colours (Wörthersee, Carinthia, Austria)

Hey guys! I told you about the amazing sunsets and my need of water right? I already showed you some pictures of the Wörthersee lately, but damn this time it was even more beautiful. At least I think so, in fact I was so stunned that I just sat there and watched the sun go down until the night came over the lake. It was so beautiful. Almost kitschy some could say. Chilly day

Okay guys I´m not sure what it is, but lately I got the need to be close to water everyday. You know I love water, rivers, streams, lakes and of cause the sea. But lately this need is stronger than usual, maybe, because things gonna get stressful again. Anyway the closest lakes here are frozen, so at first you get photos from here again. Even though I missed the typical snowy weeks this year, but now
I start again to look forward to springtime.

You can´t see it anymore, but just a few days ago people were
iceskating here, families, laughter, frozen fingers, everything.

Yep, apparently I love to make shots like this, sorry.

Pillowfort (my little awesome cave)

Hey guys! I brought my grandma to her therapeutic sessions for the next days and enjoyed a small drink with my dad around lunch. Actually I wanted to go a bit shopping today too, but I didn´t, because I had a to be home for an appointment. That was also the reason, why I didn´t make the photos I actually planned for today, but it turned out that I made something way more awesome. I´ve been thinking about my childhood for a few months already and realised that one of the things I miss most is being creative in a childish way. With that I mean running around in the garden or on a playground, climbing on trees for no reason, playing with little cars or figures for hours, making a teaparty for fairies and stuff like that. So therefore I have a new list with things I gotta do more often. To start with this list today I built my own magical pillowfort/cave. I´m so exited about that and really proud that it turned out so great. Hope you like to! If you try to make something like that for yourself , please send me pictures! Tadaaaaa! Small, comfy and awesome!
Basically I used some blankets, pillows, plushies and a broomstick, together with some garland lights.

I got this one wiht the glowing roses for Christmas and hung it above my entrance on the broomstick.

Of cause I need a candlelight atmosphere and some good books to read in my cave.

And yes, also my laptop and some water to drink.

To actually have light inside my cave I used a brighter garland from my grandma and clipped it to one blanket.

And voíla, good way to spent the evening alone at home!



Some trees

Hey guys! Well I promised to make more photos like the ones I made lately and I do my best to do so. Couldn´t get out much today, but I enjoyed sitting in the sun on the balcony and go through my training program like I planned. In the afternoon I accompanied my grandma to the supermarket and the graveyard. So the thing is following. I hate graveyards, I don´t like to walk past graves and stuff like that. Yes, strange for someone, who is so much interested in history, archaeology and dead interesting people like me. Anyway, I stayed outside with the car and took a small walk along some groups of trees there and decided to make some nice photos there. Seems like it was successful, I like the shots, they turned out quite good. Hope you like them too. Feel hugged. XOXO

I planned to try one or two DIYs with pine cones like these, but I didn´t found enough in Tyrol and now...
I don´t think they fit to this time of the year anymore. By the way, I really like this nail polish.

Oh I´m fond of this one, found the inspiration online and yes, I like it very much.

Well it is still pretty cold, so I simply wore a dark blue jean, shirt,
my regained jacket and my grey fluffy warm coat/jacket.

Between those trees are many tree stumps...perfect for a fairy tea Party.

Well I told you about my idea with pine cones.

And of cause I wore my winter shoes...my very old and trustworthy winter shoes.
They are older than me and still in really good condition.

Awesome sunset

Warm sun, cold lakes (Wörthersee, Pritschitz, Carinthia, Austria)

Oh I told you about the sunny weather we had today. Well it was a bit windy from time to time, but I  drove to a small place where you can go swimming for free during summer and just sat down in the sun. Gosh it war warm and wonderful. I really took this chance to calm down and rearrange some thoughts as good as possible. In fact it was so beautiful I even got tempted to get into the water, but it was way too cold. Yes, instead of freezing myself to death, I enjoyed the warm sun and made some more photos for you. Hope you like those too. Feel hugged. XOXO

The sight was strangly clear and the water so calm.

I really like the warm colour of the sun and the cold blue of the water.

See it was so nicly clear and still the other shore seemed kinda misty.

I am sure to go there again soon.

Frozen lake (Görtschach, Carinthia, Austria)

Hey guys! I drove through my old town today and I felt way better than the last few times. Different than the big lakes here in Carinthia most of the smaller ones froze thick enough to actually go ice skating on them. It´s a pity that I forgot my ice skating shoes this time, because today would have been a perfect weather for that. But to be honest I find it more fun to go ice skating with family or friends instead of alone. But since I didn´t have this possibility, I decided to make some nice photos for you as I promised. And with the shining sun it sometimes seemed to be slightly coloured (like here).

Beautiful lake (Wörthersee, Klagenfurt, Carinthia, Austria)

Hey guys! Right after sunset today I got caught by this beautiful lightning at the lake. I saw that some of you especially like photos, that I personally call my best shots. So I am really motivated to make more of them beside my everyday photos (which I just can´t restist to take).
