Last day of november

Gosh! What an unproductive day! I had a lot on my list for today and in the end I bearly left my bed. Don´t know what it was, but now I´ll have even more to do tomorrow. 1. Advent

Hey guys! Well yesterday was the first advent sunday. Actually I wanted to make a special post for you, but to tell you the sad truth: Our sunday was terribly unspectacular and without any magic. We had a nice lunch downstairs at grandma´s, but that´s it. My family forgot about me in the morning (again) and somehow the day passed by without any Christmas carols, lightning the first candle together or spending the evening with a Christmas movie. So I ended up in my room at night wondering what I should post for you as I was watching "Sherlock Holmes". You see...quite unsatisfactorily. So I still got some nice shots from the Christmas market in Innsbruck and want to show you these instead. Hope you like them anyway and you hopefully had a  more magical evening than I did. DIY Hot chocolate mix

Hey guys! There was much I wanted to do today, but in the end I only managed to finish my Christmas presents. And as promised I did my best to make a DIY out of it for you. So I really hope you like it eventhough it seems quite chaotic. So you know, that I love to drink tea, chai latte and hot chocolate during winter time. I thought it would be a nice idea to make an instant hot chocolate mix for friends and family, and so I did. It is easy, a really nice idea and it doesn´t take much time and ingredients if you want to keep it simple like I did. So enjoy and feel hugged. xoxo




This is how my version of a hot chocolate mix looks like.

I got some glas bottles in different sizes and forms and something
to fill in my ingredients easier.

For the mix I mainly use hot chocolate/cocoa and instant chai latte (classic and sweet india). I think this tastes
wonderful together. But to make it a bit more "wintery" I added some sugar and cinnamon.

When you got everthing you need you can start right away and fill
up the bottles. Be sure, that the layers are different coloured, and
taste good together, so it won´t just look pretty, but be also delicious.

Now that you are finished with filling up the bottle you have to make sure, that it will stay closed.
This is very important, if you want to sent it to someone, or you have to carry it to a Christmas party or similar.
I´ve decided to go with some nice tape with pretty snowflakes.

Of course you can take what you want, at least the bottle stays closed.
I just thought some colourful tape is just perfect for this, together with some nice straws and so on.

So now you can pimp them up a bit. As you see I bound some straws to it and I still want to make some small
descriptions on how much milk you gotta add, but I guess this is an optional step.

So this is how I will transport my presents to Carinthia.
And by the way: To the bigger bottles you can add 5-7 cups of milk
and to the smaller ones 3-5 cups of milk.



Lights in the city

Hey guys! Well to be honest there is not much I tell you today. The most interesting thing that happened today, was the fact that I took a walk across the Christmas market in Innsbruck and even though I´m not yet in my usual Christmas mood I was still again exited about all the Christmas lights. Let it snow!

Hey guys! Something extraordinary happened today. Overnight the clouds coloured everything around here snow white. Those, who have known me for a while now, know, that I usually don´t like snow at all. Especially when I have to get outside. I like to stay at home, drink hot chocolate, snuggle up and just watch the snowflakes flow to the ground. Not so today! I have no idea what happened, or what´s different today, but I had to get going really early. I had to carry a lot, it was cold, it was snowing, dark, stressful and still...I kinda liked it. Yes, it was as confusing as it sounds. Anyway I got on the train to Mittenwald, at the german border and enjoyed a little breakfast I had packed. (Needed to go there to get to the german postoffice.) Tell you what, I really enjoyed the ride and the time I had to wait there to get on the train back. Below I posted some of the photos I took, so you understand what I mean. After that I reclaimed something and got back home, right for lunch. There I relaxed, watched the snow and prepared some christmaspresents. My breakfast while rushing along the snowy landscape.

They had this nice little map printed on the tables so you know which station comes next and where your train
is going. I really like that idea, whish there would be more like this.

Oh look how the snow covered all the ground and sugared the trees.

Even the trainstation in Mittenwald was very matching to the weather
and my surprisingly good mood while standing in wind and snow.

And as I told you, I got time, so I walked down this lane just for fun.

Well I told you that it´s getting colder everyday here and today, as I pulled back the curtains I got surprised by a true winter view. And as I looked out of my window, I got this wierd need to go outside and make some nice shots for you. So here you go! Hope you like them!



Egg-toast for breakfast

Good morning guys! (Not anymore, I know) But I wanted to start my day really nice today, so I thought of trying something new for breakfast and so I did. It turned out to be really yummy! You gotta try this. So I´ve seen this recipe for an eggtoast a while ago and never found the time to try it out, eventhough it is super quick and easy. All you need is a toast, egg and some spices.

At first cut out a circle out of your toast (you can use a cookie cutter or a glass for that) and put it in your pan.

Then simply crack an egg and poor it into the free space.
I pressed down the toast a bit so the egg would stay inside.

Of course you gotta turn it once, if you want it all to be solid. Add some salt and pepper if you want.

And here you go. Done! Super easy, fast and delicious. I ate it with some BBQ sauce and the rest of my breakfast.

Tadaaa! So I had my egg-toast, some fruit slices (Kaki),
a nutella wrap and of cause a hot chocolate.



University and shopping

Hey guys! Well yesterday evening I actually had another post for you, but as I got home after a really long day of university and running to different places for organzining my further...ehm life?..I couldb´t concentrate on anything anymore.But I also went some christmas shopping (no not like you think). I got some ingredients for my christmaspresents (don´t worry will make a DIY for you guys). Yes and eventhough I would have some nice photos, they are somehow not those I planned to post on my blog, so here you get some different ones. Hope you still like them like I do.

This is actually a bigger photo, but it´s the eyes...the eyes look astonishing to me.

I found a new favorite spot at university, right at a big window
to the place outside, the sun stays there as long as possible.
It is warm, calm, but still not too calm, I can watch people passing
by and never get cold, even during wintertime.

As I told you I went to get some ingredients for my presents and yes, there are christmaslight everywhere already.

Oh and I forgot to show you this. I made this little decorset for  my room at my dad´s place. (+ my necklace)



It´s getting colder but not calmer yet

Well yesterday I wanted to get myself some new dark cargo trousers, but no chance...whole Tyrol seems to wear jeans and nothing else. Really annoying. So, yes I got disappointed, but I finished my essay and gonna send it to my prof for the last time today (FINALLY) and I almost finished my christmas presents already. And as you know I still want to go to Germany and continue with my studies there, so I got some more things to organize again. Wish you a wonderful day. Don´t get cold. Sunday a long drive home

Hey guys! So sorry that I missed the last posts again, but it was a bit stressful again. Anyway I can´t really tell you some great things about sunday and yesterday, but I still got some nice photos for you. Hope you had a nice weekend you like those little impressions. On sunday we visited my grandma on a small flea market (do you call it like that? "Flohmarkt"), well it´s a organized garage sale, but without the garage but a permanent location, where you can also enjoy a good lunch. Anyhow after that we just drove back to Tyrol and I started to organize my week...but it was late and I ended snuggled up in my bed with my laptop and tablet.

Winter is so damn close but autumn, doesn´t want to leave.

For me it is really hard with all those upcoming cold and dark hours.
So I try to enjoy every hour of sun I can get.

This just looks so strange with t hetwo parts of the mountains around like presenting the two
current seasons. Winter and autumn.

Lazy and party...ehm yes

Hey guys! Well yesterday we celebrated and I really had no time to take any good photos at all. Those I took were so blurred, that I just can´t show them, kinda embarrasing. Anyway before lunch we were still lazy so I´ve some nice shots while I was still in bed. Hope you don´t mind and like them anyway. ...I took the time and started to realise some more ideas while
I didn´t want to get up.

What are your favorite lazy spots at home?
When I´m at my dad´s place these are my favorites spots: together with him on the sofa, watching some great
movies or in my bed when I sleep like a stone. But you gotta know, these spots are only used in the evenings
or right after getting out of bed, because during the day we just really do a lot and drive around and stuff.
