Christmasmarket on Castle Hochosterwitz

Well it´s not like we only opened the castle  for our party (would be cool, but no). Every year around the 8th of december we hace a beautiful Christmas market up there for some days. If you missed it last weekend, mark the date in your calendar for next year. It is totally worth it! Not only because you can enter the castle for free, but also because the stands, food and music we provide are very good and a wonderful wintery experience. So I hope we see us there next year. Well we have a lift you can use to get up and down the castle mountain, but to be honest...it is much more
beautiful to go by foot and enjoy the view, the atmosphere and the architecture of austrian history.

Have to admit, it was very late as I took this picture, but as you see there are still some people around, singing,
laughing, enjoying a snack and hot drink in our Castle Hochosterwitz.
