Return to Hamburg

But as things go I had to take the train back to Hamburg to get back on track for university and my presentations that needed to be worked out. Well on the train was not much action to tell you, but as we arrived in Hamburg we saw this big fire through the windows. It looked pretty bad, but still couldn´t find out what it was. Just hope, that noone got hurt.

Like I said, the trip as such, was calm and without action.

At least the sun was shining, through the whole time.

That´s what we saw through the windows...looked rather bad I would say.

And even in the city you were able to still see the smoke.

Flammkuchen and ice cream in Bielefeld

Well, told you that we went for lunch in the city center of Bielefeld. My BF wanted to show me this restaurant for Flammkuchen "Le Feu". Flammkuchen are similar to pizza, just the bottom is thinner and you don´t put that much on it. More simple and really delicious! Pretty sure it was not the last time, we went there. And because the weather was so perfect for me, we couldn´t restist to get ourselves some ice cream at the best spot in Bielefeld. I had a hard time to choose a flavor, but went with Stracciatella in the end. What is your favourite ice cream flavor? Let me know in the comments.

Well of cause we were not the only one, who wanted to use this
wonderful weather for a stroll through the city and getting some nice
cold and sweet ice cream, so we had to queue a bit.

But in the end we got what we wanted and it was just the perfect idea for that day!

Beautiful weather in Bielefeld

Hey guys! So like I promised, already gave you the first collection of new posts yesterday. Today you get another seven. Took the chance after the long weekend in Austria to spent some days in Bielefeld with my BF during the next. We got blessed with warm temperatures, sunny weather and a big motivation to go out and do stuff. We even went to watch "Civil War" on big screen in cinema. Have to admit, that I am no big fan of Spiderman, but here he was hilarious. The movie is nice and actually I´m glad, that we saw big. Well as you know, you are not allowed to take photos in cinemas, so we got you some nice sunny photos instead. Feel hugged.

In the evening we just took a small walk trough the streets nearby
the Heeper Fichten forest to enjoy the sun, as we got home.

Also as we went to the city center to go for lunch there were
summer feelings all over.

Haha the proof...I was not alone. Tadaa!

But as you see it was really beautiful. I love weather like this the most, especially with forest or water nearby.

And not a single cloud on the sky.

VW Bullies

Do you have a dream car? You know, like you always see it on american movies or similar, where people tell about this one car they really want to have. I tought about that a lot lately and have to admit that I don´t have this one car in particular, but several I really wouldn´t mind to call my own. This would a be a nice proper Jeep to go offroad, a Chevrolet Impala 67 or an awsome old school VW bus...you know those hippie cars, you can go anywhere you want, sleep, live and laugh in. Stuff like that. The thing is, there is a car dealer in Bielefeld, who sells several of those buses. And I fell in love with more than one there. Sadly I don´t have the money right now, but I would be really tempted to get myself a nice blue or yellow one. Do you think?

Dragon cake

Oh my gosh! A good friend of ours had her birthday and she really wanted to slay a dragon once, so my BF´s mother made this really cute dragon cake, to make her wish come true and we decided to decorate it. It took way more time, than we expected, but damn we are proud of the result! What do you think? We really had lots of fun with that and luckily she liked her cake very much and of cause it was delicious.

Last springtime feelings

And guys....I have to admit something. Now that the weather is getting finally warm enoug to actually leave your warm jacket at home and just take a sweater with you and all those sunny hours getting more and more....I am loosing my springtime feeling in no time. Want to be a  mermaid again, swimming in the ocean, diving through a reef and enjoying summer with everything it brings up. But that also means that my spring this year was really short. Like I desperately waited for the cold days to leave and now that it is getting warmer, I instantly want to change to summer. What about you this year? Did you feel, like we had a proper springtime? Let me know in the comments. Maybe I am not alone.

Gardetag Hochosterwitz! Tradition-day of our guard!

So last time in Austira we had the Tradition-day of our guard on the 1st of may. That´s a big day for us and even though it was raining there were many people to join us, what was simply great! We started in our Angle´s gate, where we opened our own small museum for visitors to take a look at. Here you can get an historical insight of our guard from the early renaissance until today. Then we headed on to the church and further up the castle where we honored and promoted some of our members and visitors. A few days later our earl Kari Khevenhüller became honorary consul of spain. so you see we had a lot to do and it was amazingly great! I so love to be part of all this. Whenever you get the chance to check out Castle Hochosterwitz, do so! It is so worth it!

Told you, I am travelling a lot again lately. From Hamburg to Austria, to Bielefeld, to Hamburg back again. Don´t get me wrong, I really like it to get around, but it is also quite exhausting as you know. However at least it won´t get boring. Do you like to travel? What kind of trasportation do you prefer? Changing weather in Hamburg

Oh it is really a mess...I´m never sure what to wear, when leaving the house, because the weather in Hamburg is permanently changing. It can be the end of the world in the morning, but as the evening arrives, the sun gets back out. And the other way round. So little me is running around equiped with more clothes, for any weather change. Really exhausting, but at least I didn´t got ill yet. Hope the more upcoming warm and sunny weather will dominate in the end!

It was cold, windy and rainy like hell.

But as I got back from university...thin socks, long trousers and shirt.
Had to carry the rest, because it was to warm to wear it.

Anyway I will be the last person complaining about sunshine!

Back on track!!!

Damn this moth was tough so far! I did so many things, had so much to plan, to travel, to organize, to learn, to get along with. First time that I have to admit I forgot about posting for my blog even though there are some really nice photos that needed to be shared with you guys. So thank you and big sorry for those, who still waited and took a look in my blog even though nothing happened in the last two weeks. But now there is a lot that wants to get on here really badly. Let´s get back into this together, shall we?!
