Oh damn! Stress and chaos are back and I couldn´t manage yet to make better photos again. Well I´ll still do my best, but here I got some photos of my university and so on. Last week we had one really sunny day here. It was on thursday. On thursday I spent the whol day in university at courses, reading in the libary and getting something to eat. So the only shots I was able to take from this nice day, were right after leaving home until getting on the bus. Sadly, but true.

My wolf necklace

Oh well....hey guys! Not this time it wasn´t stress or to many appoitments that held me back, but the weather and the missing oppertunities to make great photos. That is so annoying. I want to make great shots for you and in the end of the week I sit here and look through the pictures I took and just shake my head with a "Oh damn!" Well also the chance to edit the photos this week wasn´t given to me, so you only get what I have here. Of cause I hope you like them anyway. Mermaid coming alive in me (slowly)

Hey guys! So with the few sunny moments here, the harbour and temperatures getting warmer, a bit of my inner mermaid woke up and wanted out. So tried to get her satisfied and dressed up a little different. With a new shirt I got from my lil´sis and my cool earring studs from Devided I went blue and brown, like in between my hibernation mood and this upcoming mermaid feeling. Of cause I took a trip to the harbour in this outfit and just let the mermaid be herself  for an hour, before getting back to organization and university stuff. Hope you like it. Feel hugged. xoxo

Felt really good in this combination, especially, because I didn´t feel cold.

My new shirt says: "Hear the sound of the waves and relax" and this is so true. wavesounds do realx me a lot.

Also got on some really cool bracelets I love to wear.

Just put on some comfy cargo pants in a light grey/beige.

To keep warm I went with a navy blue sweater jacket and my brown leather jacket from London, plus
my blue "Le Petit Prince" bag I use most of the time lately.

Also tried out a new pattern on my nails, and I really like that.

Sun breaking through in the harbour

But you always gotta show both sides of a coin right? So the rare occasions, when sun fights through, give you amazing shots of the sky and sunrays. I did my best to capture this last weekend as I took another boattrip. Hope you like them and hope to take more shots like them soon, if the weather doesn´t clear up. Dark weather

Hey guys! Well told you, that spring is here, more and more of cause, but somehow Hamburg has a really strang weather. Mostly this is caused by the strong wind up here in the north, close to the sea. We have clouds covered the sky most of the time, and even though they are moving a lot, the sun doesn´t stand a chance to totally break through. Meaning, we got some minutes of sunshine before it starts to get dark and rainy again, and this changes several times throughout the day. This is really exhausting for me, but as I said, just need to get used to it. But wanted to show you those darker aspects of Hamburg too, so hope you kinda like them anyway. Feel hugged. xoxo

Of cause I tried to get to the  harbour one or two times, but with all the organizing stress and things I need to do
for university, there isn´t much time left, for such short trips, but hope, this will change soon.

And by now you know that I like old ships, right?

Sunny hours at home

Well guys...told you that I had quite a stressful time here so I couldn´t enjoy the sunny hours as much as I really wanted to. Still need to get used to the weather here, cause little me is never sure what to wear to keep warm, but don´t start to sweat as soon as the sun comes out, but it needs to be warm enough to help against the wind. And the wind is the biggest problem. You have a sunny day? Yep, wait a few hours, than it could be raining, just because the wind carries the clouds so fast, that you can never be sure what weather it will be the next time you step out. We´ll see how this turnes out here. Last two weeks I had to stay at home mainly, because of work that needed to be done, so I made some shots of my favorite window here. Hope you like it.



Blue filter try out

Oh I found this blue filter to use with my camera in on of my old bags and tried it out. Have to say that it really depends on the shot, on how well it looks. Most of the time it just looks blue, you know? But I want it to look interesting. So what do you think of it? Would you like to see more like this? Let me know in the comments. xoxo



Food at university

So now I told you about the building itself, I gotta tell you about the food we can get there down in the lobby at the cafe. Since last semester there is the possibility to also get warm meals insteadt of just snacks, that is terrific. Gotta imagine you sit there for two or three hours and still got stuff to do in the libary or talking to a prof, collegue or whoever. So you don´t have enough time to actually go home and cook, but you also don´t want to spend a lot of money every second day on your lunch. That leaves you with three possibilities around here. Either you pack snacks from home, pay that money in the cantine or look for a cheaper alternative, and the last one is exactly what we have at our cafe. To give you an idea of the meals there I actually took photos of two of them. Very yummy!
